By advertising on the Website You agree to be bound by the following conditions. Changes may be made to these conditions from time to time. You are advised to check the conditions each time an Advertisement is placed on the Website to ensure that You have seen the latest version.

3. Creating an Account/Registering

Before advertising with Us You need to become a member and register Your personal details to create an account. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, company name ( if applicable), email, and choose a username and password. This will be defined as “Your Information” in the remainder of these terms. We reserve the right to reject an application for membership and to terminate a membership if in Our opinion Your membership or continued membership is not in Our best interests or in the best interests of the Website.

4. After Registration

Following registration You will be eligible to submit Your Advertisement(s) to Us for display on the Website and if the material meets Our advertising criteria, i.e. is of a natural, organic and environmentally friendly nature (which shall be within our absolute discretion and which approval process may take up to 7 days after receipt of payment) then subject to the provisions of these conditions Your Advertisement will be displayed on the Website for the agreed term.

5. Fees/Payment Terms

• 5.1 Whilst browsing the Website is free, We charge You for listing Your Advertisement(s) on the Website. These fees are displayed on a “price list” link on the Website.
• 5.2 Our charges will vary in accordance with the type and size of the Advertisement you want to display and the period of time booked for Your Advertisement to be displayed on the Website.
• 5.3 All prices are exclusive of VAT ( where applicable).
• 5.4 Whilst Your Advertisement is displayed on the Website You may ( in Our absolute discretion) be permitted to make minor changes to the content without incurring an additional charge. Such changes will normally be outside of Your control and may include a change of date, a change of venue of an event, the change of a telephone number or change of address. You will be notified if a proposed change is going to result in any additional charge. Where significant changes are required these will be charged for as if a new Advertisement were being placed on the Website.
• 5.5 Payment can be made by cheque or by using the secure online payment facilities. Electronic payment will be charged to Your debit/credit card ( as appropriate) on acceptance by Us of the Advertisement. Before making electronic payment You are advised to read the terms and conditions of the third party payment provider.
• 5.6 The price You pay is the price displayed on the Website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the price is accurate, errors may occur. If this should occur You will be notified and will have the option then to either re-confirm Your order or cancel it in which case a full refund will be made.
